As mamas it can be so difficult to prioritize a little bit of “me time” in your day for some much needed catch up time with girlfriends and self care. We were so excited to go check out the new location of the DP Hue House and all their latest Apple Cider Vinegar Products with some of our favorite Millennial Mamas. One of the things we love about DP Hue products is that they are very color safe and include high quality natural ingredients especially apple cider vinegar which they source from a small farm in Nebraska. We learned that ACV is very good for you to ingest as well as to use topically; however, the quality and length of time it takes to create the vinegar is extremely important.

So we started with the ACV Scalp Scrub (Apple Cider Vinegar) with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt which helps to naturally exfoliate the scalp. We always think about exfoliating our skin on our bodies but not as much on our scalp. This scrub helps to exfoliate old/dead skin cells and lots of product build-up/residue which helps to open up pores and maintain a good pH balance. I had never done a scalp scrub before but now I am sold…my scalp has never felt so clean and fresh. Loved that this product is infused with avocado oil and aloe vera.
DP Hue Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Care
Post ACV Scalp Scrub, we got our hair treated to the ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) Hair masque which has plant-based conditioning agents which help to restore elasticity and create shiny and silky hair (and it sure did). Love that it is blended with fatty-acid rich Rosehip, Avocado and Coconut Oils as well as Sunflower Seed Extract which helps to protects color and enriched Vitamin B3 which helps to strengthen hair.
Our last step of hair pampering included the ACV Rinse which I have been using on a weekly basis. I use it as an alternative to shampoo and conditioner when my hair needs a quick rinse without needing a full shampoo and condition. This ACV rinse gently removes impurities without stripping natural oils which some of the lower quality ACV can and will do.
