The Millennial Mamas hosted the book launch party for Archibald Finch and the Lost Witches earlier this week at Spago in Beverly Hills. 20 of our favorite mamas came out to celebrate with us. We met the amazing author Michel Guyon who actually grew up in France, in a small medieval town perched on a rock, surrounded by high walls, with the remains of an ancient fortress at its heart, so it was very easy to see where the inspiration for his book came from.

So what is the book about: Archibald Finch and the Lost Witches is about magic, mystery and adventure that you literally get into in the first few pages. Archibald Finch sets out to find his Christmas present after his Grandma passes but that is not what he finds. He finds a family secret that sets him back to Middle Ages over 500 years ago. While what happened may have stayed in the past, Archibald unlocks history and the story comes alive. Although Archibald is blessed with the gift of knowing everything, in this world it is actually a curse. This book explores light versus darkness, good versus evil and magic versus fire.
