It’s the most wonderful time of the year and one of our favorite spots to go and get into the holiday spirit is at Universal Studios in Hollywood. We finally made it for Grinchmas this year and let me tell you it did not disappoint. As HUGE fans of the book and movie, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas it was so fun to see them both come alive in person.
As soon as we entered the park, we were immersed in the Who-bilation. We got into our holiday cheer with a little dancing contest with a Whoville resident, high-fived with a another and then the most spectacular thing happened….the 65 foot Suessian tree lit up well just like a perfectly Grinchmas kind of way! Make sure you check the times to meet Max and the Grinch…there is generally a line but a line worth waiting for. If you have the chance to go, we definitely vote go because you will definitely leave with a smile on your face and a heart full of holiday cheer.

- Who-ville fun!
Since we were already at Universal Studios, we had to pop over to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. This was particularly fun this year because my little guy is just starting to read the first book in the Harry Potter series. We got there just in time to see the snowfall in Hogsmeade, cast some spells and see the amazing fireworks like display.
