Hamilton Princess and Beach Club, Bermuda
In the Caribbean, on the beautiful island of Bermuda is a resort fit for a Millennial Princess. The Hamilton Princess sits among the crystal blue waters surrounded by homes of pastel pink, yellow, green, blue and purple. This stunning pink resort is a breathtaking and an oasis among the city life in Bermuda. You can relax, watch the yachts pass by while enjoying breakfast from your room. With 3 amazing restaurants at the resort you will have choices throughout your stay of different gormet meals to fit your diet (or not) You can relax at the infinity pool with your family, or get away from the children and enjoy a few moments on your pink beach towel at the adult only pool. If you need some time to take care of yourself, there is an awesome Kid Zone for your little ones and you can head over to Exhale the spa and workout center for the Hamilton Princess. From an amazing massage, to getting after it in your favorite workout class there is something for however you want to unwind. If you are ready for the beach you can head over to the Hamilton Princess Beach Club and catch a hammock on the water or paddle board to work on those abs! Ian and I couldn’t pass by the pink tennis courts at the beach club without challenging each other to a match by the waves!
The Hamilton Princess is located right in the Hamilton area. The perfect city life in Bermuda. You can walk from your resort into town to shop, eat or just sight see some amazing churches and history.
Ian’s preferred mode of transportation on our trip was a Scooter, but if riding scares you, you have to check out the coolest mode of transportation on the island, a Swizzle. Not the island drink but a tiny electric car for 2 that you can pick up just outside the resort and cruise around the island !
Ian and I are always looking for adventure and Bermuda certainly didn’t disappoint. After working with some locals on the island I learned about a jungle that had hidden caves you could swim in! Ian and I were all in! If you head to the island make sure to explore Tom Moore’s Jungle on your own- it certainly wont disappoint. After make sure to stop at Tom Moore’s Tavern from the 1600’s for your own little history lesson and a pint!
From your hotel you can book some awesome excursions on the island. Ian and I checked out the crystal caves. Our friends did the glass bottom boat and snorkeled with sunken ships! Everyone had an amazing time and there was no time to be bored. While you are out and about make sure to grab lunch at the famous Swizzle Inn and try the island drink!
If a slower pace is for you, pack your beach bag, grab some waters and beverages of your choice and find your own private beach on the island. There are enough coves for everyone. Ian and I loved checking out the quiet beaches and having some real alone time for once!
Being just an hour and a half from JFK, Bermuda truly is an amazing paradise for everyone, especially the East Coasters!
