It is so easy when you are traveling to snap a million photos on your iPhone or your digital camera to document all the exciting and fun adventures that you go on. What gets tough for me is remembering to print them so I can frame them in my home. Enter one of my new travel must haves is the Polaroid Snap Touch instant digital camera. Thank you Polaroid for gifting us one for our trip.
What makes the Snap Touch instant digital camera so cool is that it prints a photo within a minute. I know, this took me a few minutes to wrap my head around the idea of a camera that is also a photo printer and yet it is still light and compact. This is like the Polaroid camera we all used growing up but prints a lot more instantly and higher resolution since it is 10 megapixels.
Using the Snap Touch is as easy as this:
- Simply point the camera
- Click your photo (there is even a flash)
- Click print on your screen
- See your 2×3 photo within a minute
Some other cool features of the Snap Touch:
- NO computer connection needed
- NO Ink or toner
- Smudge proof photos
- The camera holds 20 pieces of photo paper
We had so much fun taking instant photos on our recent trip to the Bahamas and now we are busy assembling them into our summer journal of fun. I love these quick photos because they make a journaling a little bit easier and more fun. This camera is the perfect addition to your must have travel items.
Our Millennial Mama, Erin Ziering, loves using her Polaroid Snap Touch photos to create the perfect Travel Journal. On her recent trip to Thailand she used her little snaps to incorporate into her travel journal the perfect colorful touch!

Erin Ziering with the Polaroid Snap Touch
Creating a travel journal is fun for the whole family. While traveling the Ziering girls love to get active in telling their story by writing in the journal and taking their own photos with the Polaroid Snap Touch to add in themselves. It is a great activity to keep the kids busy on the airplane and an even better keepsake. You can purchase the small travel journals at your local craft store. I recommend markers to make it colorful and you can even get some travel stickers for an extra touch of fun! Your travel journal doesn’t have to be pinterest perfect, just perfect for your family!
